How do you get silver dapple to come up in the calculator? I started with the default and changed the 3 genes indicated on the silver dapple page, and it says Barred black semi-gray Narragansett. Is that correct?

I've always said this tom was mottled black, but he has barring on the wings and it was recently pointed out that he heavily marbled. So what would he be considered? He came from a project pen trying to create mottled blacks.

Anyone else working with the Mottled Black? I know Kevin of course and Sonny has some too, but I never see anyone else actively working with the variety. I’d love to see photos of everyone’s Mottled!

I’ve always assumed he was rusty silver dapple, but I haven’t checked since he was pretty young. I want to make sure I didn’t miss something! What would his genotype be? Bb Rr ccg nn? He must be split for bronze since he’s had a bunch of bronze-based poults. I also assumed he was split for red since he has a baby that appears to be a jersey buff. Please excuse his appearance because he’s molting like crazy. Thanks!
